Feb 20, 2026 at 12:46 PMBB Energy has announced plans to restructure its global shipping and freight activities. As part of this initiative, the subsidiary Turbo Asia Pte Ltd will be renamed Blue Bolt Shipping and will take over responsibility for all charter activities of the company. The leadership of this new unit will be assumed by Lars Wogen, who previously held various positions at Shell, Litasco, and most recently at Namor Shipping.
Optimization of Shipping Processes
According to the company, the restructuring aims to consolidate operations within the shipping department. By bringing together various activities on a single platform, a unified global freight network is expected to be established. This, according to BB Energy, will enhance oversight, efficiency, and transparency in the shipping process. The new structure is anticipated to be operational by the second quarter of 2026.
