Feb 17, 2026 at 8:50 AMAnaplan has appointed Laurent Martini as the new Managing Director for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. Martini, who has over two decades of experience in the software industry, will take on responsibility for revenue growth and strengthening the company’s market position in this region starting February 16, 2026. Anaplan’s customers in EMEA include well-known brands such as AB InBev, Bayer, and JLR.
Martini will report directly to Greg Randolph, the President and Chief Revenue Officer of Anaplan, and will become a member of the company’s Executive Committee. Randolph expressed positive remarks about the appointment, highlighting Martini’s extensive experience in scaling enterprise software and building high-performing, customer-focused teams. „Laurent’s impressive track record in maximizing customer value will be crucial as we continue to accelerate our growth in EMEA,“ said Randolph.
Before joining Anaplan, Martini served as Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region at Splunk, where he was responsible for continuous growth of 20% per year. Previously, he led a strong growth phase as Managing Director for France at Pure Storage, where revenue increased from $5 million to $54 million within four years. Martini also held various leadership positions at Symantec, including Country Manager for France, where he oversaw a business with a volume of $100 million.
Martini emphasized the challenges faced by leaders in the EMEA region and the need to make complex decisions quickly and confidently. He sees Anaplan, with its AI-driven platform and growing portfolio of applications and role-based AI agents, in a unique position to help customers stay ahead of the competition. „I look forward to being part of this talented team and working closely with our customers and partners to accelerate their success and drive significant growth in the region,“ said Martini.
