Feb 17, 2026 at 10:06 AMAIT Worldwide Logistics has announced a strategic partnership with Greenbriar Equity Group, LP, to further drive the company’s growth. The agreement is intended to ensure continuity and accelerate the next phase of AIT’s growth plan, as stated by the company. The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Growth through Partnerships
The new partnership follows a five-year collaboration with The Jordan Company, LP, which remains involved with the company. During this time, AIT claims to have significantly expanded its global presence, acquired 14 companies, and increased its gross revenue by over 300%.
Greenbriar, an investor based in Greenwich, Connecticut, has specialized, according to AIT, in partnering with market-leading companies. The agreement was introduced as part of the initial phase of AIT’s plan to achieve its cultural, financial, and qualitative goals by 2030. Greenbriar and TJC are expected to enable AIT to pursue an accelerated growth trajectory, both through organic growth and further acquisitions.
