FedEx has announced today that the company has joined the Hedera Council. This body consists of global organizations and aims to promote trust, security, and innovation within the Hedera network. With this step, FedEx intends to contribute to the development of a digital infrastructure that supports the lifecycle of global shipments and optimizes supply chains for all stakeholders, as recently communicated by the Council.

Joining the Hedera Council is intended to underscore FedEx’s goal of increasingly transitioning global trade to data-driven processes.
