The service is part of the company’s logistics strategy and will initially support the new online retail business „Joybuy,“ which is currently in the testing phase. It is set to officially launch in March 2026.

JoyExpress will operate in several European countries, including the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, and France. The service offers both same-day and next-day deliveries in major cities and utilizes the company’s logistics infrastructure to ensure fast and reliable delivery of branded products. Deliveries are carried out by a team dressed in uniform and using brand-specific vehicles.
