Feb 13, 2026 at 11:34 AMAD Ports Group has achieved a record revenue of 20.8 billion AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) for the year 2025, representing a 20% increase compared to the previous year, as the company recently announced. The net profit amounted to 2.1 billion AED, reflecting a 17% year-on-year increase.
Positive Development of EBITDA and Free Cash Flow
EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) rose by 12% in 2025 to 5.1 billion AED. This corresponds to an EBITDA margin of 24.4%. In the fourth quarter of 2025, the company reported a net profit of 584 million AED, which is an 18% increase compared to the previous year.
The operational and financial performance is attributed by AD Ports Group to various factors. These include the high throughput of the container terminals both domestically and internationally, as well as the expansion of lease agreements for industrial land in the Khalifa Economic Zones – Abu Dhabi (KEZAD) by 3.3 square kilometers.
