Feb 12, 2026 at 10:03 AMSCALLOG has appointed Jean-Luc Imhof as the new Managing Director. This decision is part of the company’s strategy to drive growth both in France and internationally, as well as to strengthen its value proposition. Imhof took up his position on December 1, 2025, and reports directly to Olivier Rochet, the President and Founder of SCALLOG.
Strategic Realignment and Growth
Imhof’s appointment comes against the backdrop of a growing demand for automation solutions in e-commerce and the need to make warehouses more efficient. SCALLOG offers a „Goods to Person“ robotics solution characterized by ease of use and scalability. This technology aims to address the challenges faced by the logistics industry in Europe and North America, particularly during times of labor shortages and the need to improve working conditions.
Imhof will focus on structuring the growth strategy and enhancing operational excellence. His priorities include improving operational efficiency, developing new export partnerships, and strengthening market presence in high-growth sectors such as e-commerce, industry, spare parts, and defense.
Experience and Vision
Jean-Luc Imhof brings over 20 years of experience in industrial automation, particularly in value-added robotics. He has previously held senior positions at ACTEMIUM and KUKA, one of the leading providers of intelligent automation solutions. There, he served as a project manager and later as managing director. Most recently, he was CEO for France, Benelux, and the Maghreb at KUKA.
Imhof commented on his new role: „SCALLOG combines three essential pillars: a groundbreaking logistics technology, a strong growth ambition in the international arena, and a French solution that can compete with global standards.“ He emphasized his goal of developing SCALLOG into a reference for scalable logistics robotics, enabling European and North American companies to achieve fast, easy, and risk-free automation.
