In this role, he will oversee the operations and business at the terminals in New Haven, New London, and Montville. The company, which operates in terminal and logistics services, provides services for dry and liquid bulk goods as well as breakbulk.
Enstructure’s Co-CEOs, Matthew Satnick and Philippe De Montigny, emphasized the importance of Baribault’s previous contributions to the development of the corporate culture and infrastructure in the Northeast region. They expressed optimism about his new role and the opportunity to continue making a significant impact on Enstructure’s network.
Baribault himself commented on his appointment, stating that he is proud to continue his career at Enstructure. He expressed his eagerness to support the Northeast region and advance the company’s mission of providing essential materials and goods for the country’s economy. Additionally, he aims to develop innovative solutions for the supply chain.
Greg Baribault is a graduate of the Maine Maritime Academy and brings over ten years of experience in the maritime and logistics industry. He succeeds Jim Dillman, who will continue to serve as President of Enstructure Gulf Coast.
Enstructure operates a network of port infrastructure in the U.S., spanning the East Coast, the Gulf of Mexico, and the inland waterways system. The company was founded in 2016 by Philippe De Montigny and Matthew Satnick and provides integrated logistics services for large companies in the sectors of energy, agriculture, food, manufacturing, construction, and public safety.
