Feb 11, 2026 at 11:25 AMAAL Shipping has further solidified its position in the intra-Asian trade corridor by transporting a heavy ship loader, the company recently announced. The 28-meter high and 255-ton loader was transported aboard the „AAL Singapore“ on the Asia-Europe trade route. This route connects several markets in Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
The transport of the ship loader took place from Foremost Milling Corporation in Bataan, Philippines. Due to its size and the associated handling requirements, a precise tandem lift was necessary, according to AAL Shipping. The ship’s 700-ton combined lift cranes, mounted at the port, were utilized, stabilized by two counterweights. This resulted in a gross load of 312 tons.
