Logwin has expanded its presence in the international market by establishing Logwin Logistics US Inc. in the United States. With this step, the company aims to grow its activities in the US market, particularly in air and sea freight, as recently announced.
Acquisition of Existing Structures
The newly founded Logwin Logistics US Inc. takes over the air and sea freight activities as well as customs clearance from a long-standing cooperation partner. The locations in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Savannah will now operate under the Logwin umbrella. By integrating the existing organization and its employees, Logwin aims to optimize its global network structure and meet its customers‘ requirements more efficiently.
