WST Commercials improves wheel measurement system

WST Commercials has enhanced its wheel alignment capabilities through the investment in a „Josam Laser AM System“ from AES UK, the company reports. This acquisition enables the company to offer more precise tracking services while also opening up a new revenue stream. The specialist in commercial vehicles acquired the system about two years ago to address existing challenges with the previous alignment equipment, which had led to customer complaints in the past.

The decision for the new system was also influenced by the difficulties technicians faced with the older equipment. They often struggled to diagnose problems independently, which affected both customer trust and pricing consistency. Jamie Cotterill, Director at WST Commercials, explains that the switch to AES UK stemmed from the desire to invest in a professional wheel alignment system and ensure a higher standard of service. Cotterill emphasizes that customer feedback was crucial to the decision. With the Josam system, they are now able to deliver accurate results.
