Dinyovszky will assume responsibility for operations and business activities in Delaware and Pennsylvania starting in April 2026, including the development of the new Delaware Container Terminal.
Enstructure’s Co-CEOs, Matthew Satnick and Philippe De Montigny, emphasized that Dinyovszky’s extensive experience in the maritime industry and her commitment to safe and reliable logistics solutions will be crucial to the company’s success. „We are confident that her perspective and leadership will be significant for our customers and contribute to the economic development and advancement of our industry,“ the two stated.
Dinyovszky brings three decades of experience in the maritime industry. After training as a third officer at the California Maritime Academy, she initially worked on oil tankers. She then worked for Maersk/APMT at the Barbours Cut Container Terminal in Texas and spent ten years in operational roles at terminals in Europe and Asia.
After her time at APMT, Dinyovszky spent five years in Abu Dhabi, where she contributed to the development of Khalifa Port while also earning an MBA from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She then moved to the Nordic countries to work for Yilport, where she most recently served as CEO of the Nordic region. In this role, she built a regional team, managed terminals in Norway and Sweden, and improved operational efficiency while maintaining high health, safety, and environmental standards.
„I am excited to return to the U.S. and lead Enstructure Mid-Atlantic to provide top-notch services,“ said Dinyovszky. She highlighted the importance of the existing infrastructure in Wilmington, DE, and Fairless Hills, PA, for the economic well-being of regional businesses and communities. Additionally, she sees the development of the Delaware Container Terminal as an exciting growth opportunity for Enstructure and the state of Delaware.
Enstructure Mid-Atlantic operates key locations in Wilmington, Delaware, and Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania, providing services in bulk, breakbulk, perishables, and containers for some of the largest companies worldwide in the sectors of energy, food, agriculture, manufacturing, construction, and public safety.
The new Delaware Container Terminal is a public-private partnership between Enstructure and the Diamond State Port Corporation. It will be built on the Delaware River, three miles from Wilmington, and is expected to handle containerized cargo with a capacity of 1.2 million TEUs. The construction of the Delaware Container Terminal is scheduled to be completed by 2028.
