CTP Germany has appointed Sandra Kraus as the new Leasing Director at the beginning of January 2026. In this position, she will lead the leasing and sales team in Germany. Her responsibilities include coordinating cross-departmental collaboration and further developing market-oriented strategies. Additionally, she will be responsible for building and expanding the leasing team.
Kraus brings extensive experience in commercial, logistics, and industrial real estate. Since joining CTP in May 2025, she has worked as a leasing manager, focusing on acquisition, client management, and contract management for the properties assigned to her. Previously, she spent several years at the international real estate service provider CBRE, where she last served as Associate Director, concentrating on the leasing and sale of industrial and logistics properties in North Rhine-Westphalia.
Expectations for the New Role
Timo Hielscher, Managing Director at CTP Germany, spoke positively about Kraus’s appointment: “Sandra has solid market knowledge and has quickly established herself both internally and in the market environment. With her experience and structured approach, she is a valuable addition to this position.” He emphasized that Kraus will strategically advance the sales and leasing activities to support the growth of CTP Germany.
Sandra Kraus herself describes her new role as clearly defined. “My focus is on further developing existing structures, setting clear priorities, and strengthening collaboration within the team. The goal is to establish efficient processes while being able to respond flexibly to market demands,” she explained. Kraus is motivated to tackle these challenges together with her team.
CTP describes itself as Europe’s largest publicly listed owner, developer, and manager of logistics and industrial real estate. As of September 30, 2025, the company had 13.8 million square meters of leasable space in ten countries. CTP certifies all new buildings according to BREEAM Very Good or better and has received an ESG rating of „Low-Risk“ from Sustainalytics, highlighting the company’s commitment to sustainability.
