In Garching near Munich, the logistics real estate advisor Logivest has brokered a property with a total area of nearly 9,000 square meters to the Danish transport and logistics company DSV. This property includes both warehouse and office spaces and has been leased on a long-term basis.
DSV was looking for a suitable location in the northern part of Munich for a client. Logivest was able to offer an appropriate solution in the Garching-Hochbrück industrial area. The existing property is characterized by its proximity to federal roads B471 and B13, which allows access to the federal highways A9 and A92 as well as to the Munich ring road A99, as Logivest reports.
Rising Demand for Logistics Spaces
Alexander Dempfle, Consultant for Industrial and Logistics Letting at Logivest in Munich, commented on the current market development: “In general, we observe that the demand for existing properties continues to rise. Garching-Hochbrück not only offers high-quality spaces but also benefits from its strategic location in the Munich metropolitan area – with direct access to both the city center and surrounding communities as well as Munich Airport.”
