In her new role, Harlow will lead interdisciplinary teams focused on the management and optimization of workplaces, occupancy management, and strategic real estate solutions for clients in the energy sector and logistics.
Harlow will work closely with JLL’s commercial, technical, and account management teams to create safe, sustainable, and reliable work environments that maximize productivity and prioritize employee well-being. Meaghan Elwell, Global President of JLL’s Industrials Division, emphasizes that Harlow’s appointment strengthens the company’s ability to support clients in the oil and gas, utilities, rail, and third-party logistics sectors. „Her extensive network, exceptional leadership skills, and existing client relationships position her ideally for success in this dynamic and rapidly evolving business field,“ says Elwell.
Harlow brings 18 years of leadership experience at JLL, during which she held various senior positions in a range of high-profile projects. Most recently, she was responsible for workplace management in the Industrials Division, working closely with clients and colleagues to solve complex problems and build resilience. Her expertise includes account management, facility management, and workplace strategy. Additionally, she has experience linking services and business areas to develop coherent solutions for clients.

She is confident that she can address many of her clients‘ challenges with the perspectives she has gained from various sectors and global regions.
Harlow is based in Chicago and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She has also completed the LEAD course at Women Unlimited, Inc. and is certified in change management from the HAAS School of Business at UC Berkeley.
