Collaboration between Post and Comm-Unity extended

The Post Business Solutions and Comm-Unity have extended their collaboration until 2030. Comm-Unity, a company specializing in eGovernment and administrative software, continues to rely on the dual shipping module from Post Business Solutions. This module is used by over 330 municipalities and associations in Austria, including larger cities such as Graz, Linz, and Innsbruck.

Shipping Solutions for Municipalities

The dual shipping module allows users to submit all mail items digitally, as reported by the Austrian Post. The solution integrates into GeOrg, the main product of Comm-Unity. The digital processing includes various types of shipments, ranging from standard letters to RSa and RSb shipments. The Post checks the electronic reachability of the recipients after the data has been transmitted to them. If the check is successful, delivery occurs as an E-letter or via the digital mailbox. If electronic delivery is not possible, the Post delivers the document physically.
