In Gaggenau, Baden-Württemberg, Logivest has brokered a new logistics location for Magnera. Located at Max-Roth-Straße 5, the facility is managed by Hillwood, a company in the commercial real estate sector.
Magnera, a manufacturer of specialty materials and nonwovens, required a suitable logistics location to support its production site in Gernsbach, as reported by Logivest. Subsequently, the company was able to offer a property that is only a few minutes‘ drive away and allows for the consolidation of inventory.
The new logistics area comprises approximately 11,000 square meters of warehouse space, including a mezzanine and more than 500 square meters of office space. A covered side loading area enables weather-protected loading and unloading of paper rolls. For this purpose, the facility has a total of ten ramps and three ground-level gates. To meet fire protection and insurance requirements, the existing sprinkler system will be optimized. The property also has a permit for 24/7 operation.
