Marc Daiß takes over as Development Director at Baytree Logistics Developments
Frankfurt am Main, January 13, 2026 – Baytree Logistics Developments has appointed Marc Daiß as Development Director effective January 5, 2026. In this role, he will lead new business in Northern and Eastern Germany from Hamburg, thereby driving the company’s growth in the German market.
Experience in Project Development
Marc Daiß brings over twelve years of experience in the project development of industrial and logistics properties. Most recently, he served as Director of Business Development at Trammell Crow Germany GmbH. Throughout his career, he has been involved in various land and project developments, as well as build-to-suit processes and investment acquisitions and sales. His extensive knowledge spans all aspects of the value chain in project development, which he has demonstrated in numerous projects within the DACH region. At Baytree, he will be particularly responsible for the acquisition of suitable sites and projects in Northern and Eastern Germany.
