European Parliament Releases Study on Combined Transport
Nov 27, 2025 at 7:18 PMIn economically challenging times, companies often find that established processes and structures are no longer sufficient to remain competitive. What transport and logistics companies can do to gain an advantage over the competition through automation and digitization will be showcased by Sirum GmbH at the Carrier Innovation Day 2026.
(Hamburg) Under the motto “Innovation in Motion,” the provider of the SIRUM Logistics Suite, together with partners CTL Cargo Trans Logistik AG and TIMOCOM GmbH, as well as exhibitors breeze innovations, Clover Optimization, Logistikbude, Mansio, Sygic, and Pacemaker.ai, will present groundbreaking technical developments and innovations in road freight transport on January 22, 2026, at the betahaus in Hamburg.
“Stagnation means regression – this is more true than ever in light of the challenging economic environment. At the Carrier Innovation Day, we will show what opportunities transport and logistics companies have to make work routines simpler and more efficient, thereby improving their performance and competitiveness,” says Michael Otto, Managing Director of Sirum GmbH. In lectures and discussion panels, experts will provide practical insights into the current state and take a look into the future. Additionally, numerous exhibitors will present various solutions for the logistics industry at their booths. Participation in the Carrier Innovation Day is free of charge. Registrations can be made at https://www.sirum.de/events/carrierinnovation-day.
Still on a Growth Path
For Sirum GmbH, the Carrier Innovation Day 2026 is a particularly special event. This event marks the beginning of the anniversary year in January. “For us, the Carrier Innovation Day 2026 is also a reason to celebrate. Not only will we celebrate our tenth anniversary next year, but we are also among the few providers that continue to experience strong growth and have successfully generated new customers,” explains Otto. Recently, companies such as ST-innoTrans GmbH, the Hillenbrand forwarding company, and the express service provider EBD Gruppe have implemented the logistics solution from SIRUM. Some of them will also be present at the Carrier Innovation Day 2026 to share their experiences.
