CB Customs Broker specializes in all areas of EU customs clearance, while heyworld operates a digital logistics platform for cross-border eCommerce transport solutions. The aim of the merger is to pool complementary competencies and create a unique one-stop offering for cross-border logistics solutions at the parcel level.
(Frankfurt) Customers with high volumes of cross-border parcel shipments will benefit from an expanded service offering and consolidated expertise from a single source. Tailored logistics solutions connect advanced customs processing with cross-border transport services and seamless digital integration. This holistic approach aims to improve speed, transparency, and efficiency throughout the entire supply chain.

The new company will be jointly led by Murat Odabas, Managing Director of CB Customs Broker, and Nikola Todic, Managing Director of heyworld GmbH. The Managing Directors take on new roles within the group
