The Solvares Group is taking the next step in its strategic development and strengthening its logistics division: As of August 5, 2025, Städtler Logistik GmbH and Opheo Solutions GmbH have merged to form Solvares Logistics GmbH. This unites two leading providers of digital transport logistics and freight cost optimization into a powerful entity.
(Hamburg/Nuremberg) Städtler Logistik, a leader in transport management systems and freight controlling, brings decades of experience in strategic and tactical transport management. Opheo, with its namesake solution, stands for award-winning, AI-supported dispatching and route optimization in road freight transport. Together, the new Solvares Logistics GmbH covers the complete spectrum of digital transport processes – integrative, intelligent, and from a single source.
The headquarters of the merged company is in Hamburg. The proven location in Nuremberg, which has been established for 60 years, will remain, providing customers with two points of contact in the North and South. Internationally, the Solvares Group is represented with branches in Belgium, England, Austria, and the Netherlands.

At the same time, the Solvares Group is restructuring its FSM division: FLS GmbH and Mobilex GmbH have merged to form Solvares FSM GmbH. This creates two clear, powerful units for the core segments of Field Service Management (FSM) and logistics within the group.
