Jul 25, 2025 at 3:57 PMWith a high intention to revisit, consistently positive evaluations of key trade fair criteria, and optimistic future expectations – despite current economic challenges – the transport logistic, along with the integrated air cargo Europe 2025, once again demonstrates its relevance as the leading event in the industry. This is evidenced by the results of a survey of exhibitors and visitors conducted during the trade fair from June 2 to 5, 2025.
(Munich) The numbers speak for themselves: 97% of exhibitors and visitors rate the trade fair overall as “good,” “very good,” or “excellent.” Thus, the transport logistic remains not only a place for business transactions and networking but also an indicator of the pulse of the global logistics industry.
The current economic situation is perceived differently by the exhibiting companies. While 33% rate the situation as acceptable or poor, two-thirds (67%) assess the economic condition of the industry as “good,” “very good,” or “excellent.” The outlook is even more optimistic: 93% of exhibitors expect a stable or improved development in the coming years.
High evaluation of key trade fair qualities
The trade fair was particularly convincing with its core attributes: 96% of exhibitors rated the quality of visitors as “good,” “very good,” and “excellent,” and just as many praised the leading trade fair character. The high internationality of the audience was positively highlighted by 97% of respondents – a strong indicator of the global relevance of the event.
Despite digitalization and virtual communication channels, personal encounters at the trade fair remain of central importance for exhibitors: A total of 97% cited maintaining existing business relationships as an important participation goal, followed by establishing new contacts (87%) and presenting their own company and portfolio (95%). Professional exchange is also highly valued: 96% of respondents consider it an important part of their trade fair appearance.
Almost all surveyed exhibitors (97%) agree: The transport logistic with integrated air cargo Europe will continue to gain importance in the future or at least maintain its current relevance.
Visitors confirm the trade fair as a leading platform
Visitors also rated the trade fair positively across the board. The transport logistic 2025 impressed with a broad, international, and target-group-specific offering. 96% of visitors rated the completeness and range of the offering, the internationality of the exhibitors, the target groups reached, and the leading trade fair character as “good,” “very good,” or “excellent.”
Particularly encouraging is the stable intention to revisit: 84% of respondents indicated that they would definitely or probably visit the trade fair again.
Targeted trade fair visit with clear intention
Establishing new business relationships remains the main motivation for attending the trade fair. Visitors were highly satisfied with the goals achieved: 93% rated the establishment of new contacts as “good,” “very good,” or “excellent,” while 99% gave this assessment for maintaining existing relationships. Concrete investment projects also played a role: Both in preparation and implementation, these goals received top marks – 96% and 93% of visitors rated them as “good,” “very good,” or “excellent.”
Success concept – also internationally
Following the successful transport logistic, the success concept is moving to the next round: Established international editions of the trade fair will take place in Singapore, Miami, and Istanbul later this year. This further strengthens the global presence of the brand. The events provide companies worldwide with proven platforms for networking, innovation, and business initiation.
With its consistent internationalization strategy, the transport logistic addresses the growing need for global exchange and market-specific expertise. Whether in Asia, North America, or Europe – the regional editions address key industry topics and create access to new markets. They also serve as bridge events to the leading trade fair in Munich and strengthen the year-round dialogue within the international logistics community.
