Logistics Reply Optimizes E-Commerce Activities of KIKO Milano

Logistics Reply, the specialist for digital supply chain solutions within the Reply Group, has entered into a partnership with KIKO Milano. KIKO Milano is an internationally renowned cosmetics brand known for its high-quality and trendsetting beauty products. The goal of the collaboration is to further expand and enhance the efficiency of KIKO’s e-commerce activities in the UK.

(Munich/Milan) In light of the rapidly growing demand for fast online deliveries in the UK, KIKO has decided to fundamentally optimize its logistics. To this end, the company opened a so-called dark store in London and implemented the warehouse management system LEA Reply™ from Logistics Reply. This solution is designed for scalability and flexibility. A dark store is a retail warehouse organized like a traditional store but is not publicly accessible and is solely dedicated to processing online orders.

Just four months after the project started, the new location began operations, which are fully managed by KIKO’s in-house team. The new structure significantly reduces delivery times and improves product availability across the distribution area.

This modular structure was crucial in optimally adapting the solution to KIKO’s operational workflows and ensuring rapid implementation as well as long-term scalability.
