Panattoni City Dock Hamburg Welcomes Three More Tenants

After the successful first leasing round last year, three more companies can now call the City Dock Hamburg Norderstedt their home. Panattoni welcomes Innovaze Media, Thiele & Fendel, and Avaso Technology Solutions as new tenants in the modern business park on the outskirts of Hamburg.

(Hamburg/Norderstedt) Innovaze Media GmbH is a company in the field of media technology, specializing in professional fixed installations of lighting, video, audio, and network systems. At the new company headquarters, Innovaze will operate a combination of administration, sales, as well as processing activities and material storage on an area of approximately 1,350 m². “In the modern premises of the City Docks Norderstedt, we have found a place that not only offers space for our creative media development but also enormous growth potential,” says Otto Schildknecht, owner of Innovaze. “We are excited about the quick and friendly processing that allows us to effectively implement our work and visions again.”

As a subsidiary of the Pietsch Group, Thiele & Fendel GmbH & Co. KG offers comprehensive expertise in wholesale with products from the areas of sanitation, heating, environment, climate, and ventilation. With a total rental area of about 1,035 m², the company will further expand its sales and storage activities. “With the City Dock Hamburg Norderstedt, we have found a sales location that is close to our craft customers and provides us with optimal conditions for efficient sales,” says Matthias Klane, Managing Director of the Pietsch Group.

Avaso Technology Solutions GmbH completes the trio of new tenants. The globally operating company offers IT solutions and services for various industries. For this purpose, Avaso Technology Solutions will have approximately 590 m² of hall space, 260 m² of office space, and 260 m² of flexible space available in the City Dock Hamburg Norderstedt.

Fred-Markus Bohne, Managing Partner at Panattoni Germany and Austria, sees the further leasing success as proof of the attractiveness of the City Dock concept: “The constant demand shows that modern and flexible commercial spaces in urban locations serve an essential market segment. With the three new tenants, five of the eight flexible and multifunctional units at the Norderstedt location are now successfully leased.”

In a convenient location near the A7, the City Dock Norderstedt offers optimal conditions for companies from various industries. With a usable area of approximately 13,100 m², the business park was built according to the high ecological standards of the Gold certification of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). It features an E-charging infrastructure, energy-efficient LED lighting, and is heated using VRF technology and an integrated air-water heat pump.
