Finnlines Increases Revenue by Three Percent in 2024
Feb 28, 2025 at 7:48 PMThe successful completion of the current funding round underscores the growing market dynamics and leading market position of Nomagic. The investment lays the foundation for further expansion across Europe as well as the development of innovative, AI-driven picking robot solutions.
(Warsaw) Nomagic, the leading provider of AI-powered robotics solutions for intralogistics and the fulfillment sector, has successfully completed its latest investment round. The acquisition of an investment of 44 million US dollars from the venture capital arm of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), along with extended support from existing investors Khosla Ventures and Almaz Capital, includes previously signed venture debt from the European Investment Bank (EIB). It underscores Nomagic’s market-leading position in developing intelligent automation technologies for logistics and fulfillment. “Nomagic’s proven track record in deploying advanced AI and robotics technologies, combined with its impressive growth trajectory, positions the company as a leader in the revolution of warehouse automation,” says Bruno Lusic from EBRD Venture Capital. “We are excited to support the company in paving new paths in this dynamic industry.”
Nomagic will use the investment to further accelerate its expansion across Europe over the next two years. Building on the recent successful breakthroughs of the AI team, Nomagic will continue to invest in AI and robotics technology to provide the logistics industry with AI-driven robotics solutions to enhance efficiency and address labor shortages.
Moreover, given the growing demand from existing and new customers in sectors such as fashion, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and food, Nomagic expects to multiply the number of project realizations with more than 10 robots. “This funding round marks a pivotal moment for Nomagic as we scale our solutions to meet the growing demand from our customers for larger, high-performance robotic systems,” says Kacper Nowicki, CEO of Nomagic. “With the support of our investors, we are able to be the partner of choice for the largest retailers, e-commerce distributors, and 3PLs looking for robots that already operate on a large scale.”
Scalable Robot Solutions
Nomagic’s success is reflected in the current milestones achieved with several key customers, including Apo.com, Arvato, Asos, BRACK.CH, Fiege, Komplett.no, and Vetlog.one. The diversity of these customers demonstrates that Nomagic is capable of delivering scalable robot solutions that seamlessly integrate into e-commerce and multichannel fulfillment processes across all industries. In the past fiscal year, Nomagic achieved remarkable growth of 220 percent in annual recurring revenues (ARR) in this way. A further increase of 200 percent is projected for 2025. This extraordinary revenue growth underscores the technological excellence of the company and the growing market demand for Nomagic solutions. Both have played a key role in the successful funding round.
