The Transco Group announces the establishment of Transco Customs Solutions GmbH. Since January 1, 2025, the company has been operating as a central unit for the already established and extensive expertise of the company in the field of customs services and acts as a neutral, independent customs company. The Almundus Customs Services GmbH, which was already part of the group, will also operate under the new name.
“ Our full-service customs clearance services are not only a logical complement to our other business areas of transport, e-fulfillment, and logistics from the customer’s perspective, but have also been a core competency of Transco for many years. With the new establishment, we can further expand these services,” says Christian Bücheler, CEO of Transco GmbH.
The realignment marks an important step in meeting the increasing demands for customs services while maintaining a clear focus on customer orientation and efficiency. “The new structure offers clear advantages: Our processes will be streamlined, we consolidate expertise, and thanks to a large team, we can ensure a smooth process even with larger volumes. Fluctuations can be managed more effectively,” explains Julian Gräble, Managing Director of Transco Customs Solutions GmbH.

In the long term, Transco Customs Solutions GmbH pursues ambitious goals and focuses on growth. This includes the exploration of additional border crossings and the use of fully digital processing, with an emphasis on AI integrations.
