Clark presents four new electric high-lift truck models

Clark has expanded its range of electric high-lift trucks with four new models for pedestrian operation. The new high-lift trucks belong to the WS and SWX series, with load capacities ranging from 1.2 to 1.6 tons. The compact and agile tow trucks are suitable for transporting goods over short distances, operating in space-critical aisles, and loading and unloading trucks. The vehicles ensure smooth logistics processes in industry, trade, or logistics.

(Duisburg) Equipped with a stable four-point support, the high-lift trucks achieve high residual load capacities even at large lifting heights. With the new pedestrian high-lift trucks or the tow trucks with a driver’s platform for longer distances, Clark now offers the right equipment for almost every requirement.

For intuitive and fatigue-free operation of the lift trucks, all controls are conveniently positioned on the ergonomic tiller and can be operated equally by right- and left-handed users. The operator has an optimal view of the forks on all devices, allowing for quick and safe loading and unloading in narrow shelving aisles. Numerous safety features guarantee high safety during operation: For high stability, for example, the travel speed of the high-lift trucks is automatically reduced as soon as the load is lifted. The rounded vehicle contour minimizes potential danger spots, while the four-point support ensures maximum stability. The safety tiller is mounted on the lower left of the vehicle on all models to ensure a sufficient distance from the operator. A large safety switch on the tiller provides additional protection during use. The SWX series is additionally equipped with a proportional hydraulic control. The standard proportional lift ensures precise lifting and lowering of even sensitive loads.

The high-lift truck series is equipped with proven controllers. This makes the vehicles extremely robust and maintenance-friendly. Should a malfunction occur, the error code display on the screen provides precise information about the cause, making diagnosis easier for the service technician. The one-piece hood allows easy access for service and maintenance work. In addition, the service technician can easily program the travel and lift parameters via the vehicle display. Practical storage compartments ensure that the operator always has tools, documents, and other important items within reach.

Professionals for light warehouse tasks

The high-lift trucks of the WS series, with a travel speed of 4 km/h, are designed for light and occasional use. The series consists of the models WS12, WS12M, and WS10Mi and is suitable for anyone who wants to handle simple logistics tasks effortlessly. The compact vehicles have a low protrusion dimension, making them agile and easy to maneuver. This is particularly advantageous in tight spaces. As standard, the devices are equipped with a lead-acid battery (72 Ah). For high availability and low maintenance effort, Clark also offers the high-lift trucks optionally with a lithium-ion battery (100 Ah). The integrated charger allows for recharging the battery at any 230-volt outlet.

The WS12, with a maximum load capacity of 1200 kg and a lifting height of up to 4100 mm, is versatile. The nimble warehouse helper is designed for transporting goods over short distances as well as for light tasks with higher storage locations. Additionally, the vehicle serves as a mobile work table, for example, to prepare goods for shipping in an ergonomic body position or in the workshop area to hold components. The lifting height can be individually adjusted. This series is supplied as standard with a lead-acid battery. If high availability is important or if one wants to avoid the maintenance effort of the lead-acid battery, a lithium-ion battery is also available as an option.

With a maximum load capacity of up to 1200 kg and a mono-lift frame with a lifting height of 1950 mm, the WS12M is versatile. Whether for light stacking tasks, as an ergonomic mobile work table, or for loading service vehicles, this multi-talent can be flexibly used according to requirements. The WS12M is ideal for transporting goods over short distances and for use in space-critical work areas. Its mono-lift frame allows for excellent visibility of the fork tips and safe and stable load handling.

The high-lift truck WS10Mi with initial lift and a load capacity of 1000 kg is also suitable for transporting goods over short distances and for light tasks with higher storage locations. Due to the initial lift, the wheel arms of the device can be raised by up to 120 mm. This increases the ground clearance of the tow truck, allowing it to maneuver easily over thresholds, ramps, and loading bridges even when loaded.

Flexible and powerful multi-talents

The high-lift trucks of the SWX series are also agile and safe to operate. They ensure smooth completion of transport tasks in the warehouse as well as safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods. The SXW series includes the models SXW12, SWX16, and SWX16i. The high-lift trucks impress with their powerful and maintenance-free AC drive technology, supported by a 1.6 kW drive motor and a 4.5 kW lift motor. All models have a maximum travel speed of 5.5 km/h and are characterized by high lift and lowering speeds for maximum throughput. Thanks to lithium-ion technology, the vehicles are extremely efficient and reliable and can be easily integrated into existing logistics processes. Practical features, such as the intuitive, sensitive hydraulics, a USB charging port, and an additional storage compartment for mobile phones, support the operator in daily warehouse operations.

The electric high-lift truck SWX12 has a load capacity of 1200 kg and a maximum lifting height of 4800 mm and is perfect for loading and unloading goods as well as for transporting goods. The vehicle is equipped as standard with a Li-Ion battery and is an excellent choice, especially for intensive use and high availability requirements. The powerful 100 Ah Li-Ion battery can be easily recharged without loss of lifespan, ensuring that the high-lift truck is always ready for use.

The high-lift truck SWX16 has a load capacity of 1600 kg and reaches a maximum lifting height of 5500 mm. The vehicle is designed for daily demanding transport tasks in the warehouse as well as for loading goods. The optional powerful 205 Ah Li-Ion battery can be easily recharged without loss of lifespan, allowing the high-lift truck to achieve high uptime. The delivery includes an external charger with 24 V, 100 Ah. If availability is not a major concern, the device is also available with a lead-acid battery with a battery capacity of 225 Ah.

Power and versatility combined

The high-lift truck SWX16i with initial lift combines power and versatility for efficient load handling in warehouse environments. The standard Li-Ion battery with 205 Ah guarantees a long operating time. Since the wheel arms can be raised, the SWX16i easily overcomes uneven ground. Thus, it is ideal for demanding work environments. The initial lift also allows for the simultaneous movement of two loads in double-deck operation. This can expand the picking process, for example, over two pallets. This accelerates the goods turnover, as distances and travel times are saved.
