The aim of this validation was to ensure that the calibration processes meet regulatory requirements and deliver highly precise results.
(Kiefersfelden/St. Leon-Rot) The validation was carried out in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 13486, WHO Technical Report No. 96, 2011 Annex 9 Chapter 4.10.1, Chapter 6.5.2, and the EU GDP guidelines. The validation included a thorough review of all relevant process steps, including calibration procedures, documentation, staff training, and quality controls. Through careful analysis, it was ensured that the processes are consistent and reproducible, which guarantees the accuracy and reliability of the calibration results.
EIPL is committed to maintaining the highest quality standards and continuously reviewing compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful validation of the probe sensor calibration processes confirms Euroscan Parts & Services’ ability to offer precise and reliable calibration services that meet the needs of customers in the fields of medical technology, pharmaceuticals, and the food industry.
The calibration system of the Euroscan Group offers a variety of advantages. It is extremely efficient and reliable, meaning that one can rely on precise and consistent calibration results. Thanks to its quick execution, valuable time is saved compared to conventional calibration methods.
Avoidance of Unnecessary Operating Hours
Another significant advantage is the sustainability of the system. By avoiding unnecessary operating hours of the cooling units, energy consumption is significantly reduced, which not only saves costs but also protects the environment. Additionally, the calibration system does not lead to any downtime of the fleet, further increasing productivity.
