CTP Receives Brownfield24 Award for Best Logistics Project
May 17, 2024 at 7:37 PMista Luxembourg S.àr.l. and CFL multimodal SA, through its subsidiary CFL logistics, are pleased to announce the signing of a long-term agreement. The logistics expert provides warehousing, customs, and distribution services for ista, an international service provider for energy and water measurements.
(Luxembourg) CFL logistics is responsible for the storage of ista products in a temperature-controlled, TAPA-certified environment and also handles order processing. Thanks to the experience of the logistics service provider and the efficient warehouse management system, ista Luxembourg benefits from secure, flexible, and rational storage solutions, as well as an on-site office that allows ista’s product experts to intervene technically in real-time.
In its effort to offer customers data-driven products and services for a transparent individual energy consumption, enabling them to save energy and reduce their costs and CO2 emissions, ista Luxembourg chose to collaborate with the advocate of environmentally friendly transport solutions, CFL multimodal. Currently, ista Luxembourg stores heat cost allocators, heat and cold meters, and smoke detectors in the warehouse in Dudelange.
“I am pleased that another company has chosen to collaborate with us, not only because of the quality of our services and the added value we provide, but also because we share a similar mission. Both of our companies aim to help society reduce its ecological footprint while creating a working environment that fosters the development of innovative solutions. Solutions that are designed not only for today but also for future generations. We know that we have this responsibility,” said Rocco Brondeau, Managing Director of CFL logistics.
Optimizing logistics processes
“We are very happy to have gained CFL as a logistics partner who understands our business and with whose help we can optimize our logistics processes. Since we no longer need our own storage spaces and have saved part of the organizational structure, we can further reduce our costs and our overall ecological footprint,” said Joachim Colles, Country Manager of ista Luxembourg.
