TOPREGAL has been selling shelves online for 15 years

In 2009, Jürgen Effner had the idea to sell industrial shelves online as easily as a pair of shoes. This had not been done in that way before and was dismissed by many as crazy. However, the concept worked and wrote its own story.

(Filderstadt) 15 years later, the managing directors Jürgen Effner and Gino Klatt are celebrating an anniversary with their TOPREGAL GmbH – and are now selling not only industrial shelves online. “We are proud of our growth and the trust of our customers over the years,” Effner is pleased to say. Starting with pallet racks, the company has continuously developed over the years. “For real development, you have to be a little crazy – and we are. The demand for our products and our growth show that this course hits the mark and that we are filling exactly the gaps that companies with their own warehouses have.” Meanwhile, the company, headquartered in Filderstadt, offers the successful online concept in many other countries and delivers worldwide. In addition to the core business of heavy-duty shelves, TOPREGAL now also offers configurable hall offices and storage platforms, forklifts, cleaning machines, operational technology, and office furniture through the online shop. Clearly, they are not running out of pioneering ideas.

Aiming for the 100-million mark

Just last year, TOPREGAL entered the autonomous, grid-independent power supply for electric vehicles with its specially developed SoloPort solar carport. And the company has further plans for the future: “After we closed 2023 with a revenue of 82 million euros, we are aiming for the 100-million mark in 2024. We are also currently opening new markets. At the beginning of 2023, we opened our first location in the USA and by early 2024, we are already at the sixth. So we have a lot ahead of us,” announces Effner.
