Without Renewable Fuels, Climate Protection Goals in the Transport Sector Cannot Be Achieved
Oct 1, 2023 at 5:56 PMPanattoni Germany has been integrated into the European transport network ELVIS. The partnership has been formalized in a framework agreement, enabling the 250 network partners of ELVIS and Panattoni to exchange information on all topics related to property search and development in the future. The agreement was officially announced at the recent ELVIS partner meeting in Stockstadt.
(Hamburg/Eschborn) The multi-year framework agreement between Panattoni Germany and the ELVIS network is set to provide several advantages to the member companies. With Panattoni as a partner, there will be regular exchanges on topics such as rental prices, sustainability, and vacancies during expert presentations. ELVIS partners will receive quick advice and support from Germany’s most active property developer in their property search and will be continuously informed about available spaces through system integration. The partner network also benefits nationwide from purchasing advantages in the leasing and provision of industrial and logistics properties.
The ELVIS AG and its affiliated subsidiaries form a cooperative alliance of medium-sized freight forwarders and independent carriers with their own truck fleet. Together, they operate more than 19,000 vehicles. The main goal of the alliance is to generate purchasing advantages by bundling the order volume of all partners. Additionally, ELVIS acts as an umbrella organization and represents the interests of its members to politics and administration. The alliance represents 250 affiliated companies at 350 locations in Germany and in 30 European countries.
“We are excellently networked in the industry and have the expertise to expertly support the companies in the ELVIS network in their property search,” explains Fred-Markus Bohne, Managing Partner at Panattoni Germany and Austria. “The partnership with the largest association of trucking companies and carriers provides us with an additional sales channel with many opportunities.”
