Increasing Customer Satisfaction: Optimizing Deliveries and Processes
A key topic of LMCL 2023 is customer satisfaction and loyalty, which can be optimized through fast and reliable deliveries. In light of rising customer expectations, companies must optimize their processes to meet these demands. At the event, experts such as Simon Seeger, Managing Director of Bettermile, will discuss how companies can fulfill their customers’ expectations.
Returns pose a significant challenge for KEP service providers and require innovative solutions. A promising strategy is to prevent returns from the outset by ensuring deliveries are reliable and timely. Additionally, customers should have the option to easily exchange products in a store. Together with experts like Simon Seeger, Managing Director of Bettermile, the event will discuss ways to meet customer expectations and minimize returns.
Sustainability as a Central Theme: Challenges and Solutions for CO2 Reduction
Sustainability plays a significant role and aims to reduce CO2 emissions—from packaging to final delivery. Companies face various challenges, such as oversized packages for small products, municipal requirements for emission-free city centers, and emission-free deliveries, as well as customer expectations. At the event, experts from companies like Pickshare, elexon, and eCargo will discuss how these challenges can be addressed and sustainable solutions implemented.
