Nov 24, 2022 at 7:33 PMThe joint venture Night Star Express Hellmann & Honold GmbH & Co. KG will take over the night express business of Gertner Express GmbH as of January 1, 2023. The two managing directors of the joint venture, Wilfried Hesselmann (Hellmann Worldwide Logistics) and Thomas Bauer (Honold Logistik Gruppe), will continue to manage the operational business.
(Osnabrück) Founded in 2006, the joint venture will thus take over an additional branch in Groß Kreutz (Brandenburg) alongside the existing locations in Nuremberg, Karlsruhe, and Frankfurt, from which night express services will be offered within the NSE network. Accordingly, Night Star Express Hellmann & Honold will serve large parts of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Brandenburg, and Berlin starting next year. All employees and existing business relationships will be taken over, ensuring that the operational business can continue seamlessly.

All employees will be taken over
