The Supervisory Board of Cargo Trans Logistik AG (CTL) appoints Guido Söffker to the Board effective October 1 of this year. At the same time, Francesco De Lauso is appointed as the chairman of the body. With the expansion of its leadership team, which also includes De Lauso and Söffker, the company is responding to the growth of recent years and creating the conditions to continue this development.
(Homburg/Efze) Guido Söffker (54) has been responsible for all matters related to IT and data processing at CTL since May 2021. In this role, the 54-year-old has successfully modernized the existing IT infrastructure and adapted it to the growing demands in this area. He gained extensive experience in logistics, particularly in the general cargo business, previously serving as the managing director of a freight forwarding company, and is a father of three.
More Stability and Dynamism
In his new position as IT Board Member of CTL, Söffker will be responsible for the further development of system applications and will work together with Francesco De Lauso and Paul Walter on the continued expansion of the logistics cooperation. The new board’s declared goal is also to ensure even more stability and dynamism in the management of the company.
