The new tenant, se)Huber GmbH & Co KG, operates a specialized paint retail business for the design of walls, floors, and ceilings at 17 locations in Bavaria, complemented by a comprehensive range of tools. By renting the new spaces, se)Huber GmbH & Co KG is responding to the growth of the company and the increased demands of the market.
Subway and highway interchange in close proximity
The new location of se)Huber has an ideal transport connection. The Heimstetten S-Bahn station is only a few hundred meters from the property. The Munich East highway interchange, which connects to the A 99 and A 94, is two kilometers away.
