May 16, 2022 at 9:00 PMIvanhoé Cambridge, a global real estate investor, has acquired a large logistics and distribution center from ADF Asset Management Co., Ltd., an asset management company based in South Korea. The property has been part of an ADF fund since 2015, whose investors are major Korean institutional investors.
(Frankfurt am Main/Hamburg) The H&M Group, the single tenant since its occupancy in 2008, utilizes the 114,500 square meter property, ideally located on a plot of approximately 150,000 square meters. Various European markets of the retail network are supplied from the H&M Group distribution center Hamburg-Allermöhe, Rungedamm 38.
An interdisciplinary and international team of investment experts from Avison Young from Germany, the UK, and Korea has exclusively advised Ivanhoé Cambridge on this transaction.
