Element Logic Certified Again as an Attractive Employer
Jan 7, 2022 at 3:03 PMJust in time for the turn of the year, Acito Logistics GmbH can draw a positive summary, and there is still much on the to-do list for the ambitious logistics service provider from southern Baden for the coming months of the young year. A new milestone for the logistics service provider: the expansion building with 2,000 sqm in Efringen-Kirchen will be completed in summer 2022.
(Weil am Rhein) In April 2018, the logistics center of Acito Logistics GmbH was established at the location in Efringen-Kirchen, specializing in logistics solutions for companies from Germany and Switzerland. Shortly thereafter, the young logistics startup was able to win a significant tender from the automotive sector, allowing it to rent additional warehouse space in a very short time and to construct another lightweight hall covering 600 sqm in Efringen-Kirchen the following year. Due to the pleasantly sustained high demand for logistics solutions, the already planned 2000 sqm expansion building in Efringen-Kirchen will also be completed this summer. “We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved in the past three years. The extraordinary commitment and performance of our employees were crucial,” says Francesco Grieco, Managing Director of Logistics and Corporate Development at Acito Logistics. “With the new expansion building in Efringen-Kirchen, we will soon reach another milestone in our young company history. We are glad to take this important step now, despite the ongoing pandemic. On one hand, the expansion building completes the logistics facility in Efringen-Kirchen. On the other hand, we can reorganize our total areas through the new building and further increase our productivity,” explains Grieco.
Customized Training on Customs and Logistics Issues
What documents are needed for a customs inspection? When, where, and how must goods movements be reported? “These and other questions regarding cross-border goods traffic pose significant challenges for companies,” explains Patric Galley, Managing Director of Customs & Transport at Acito Logistics GmbH.
“In this context, Acito Logistics has been offering the so-called ‘Simulated Customs Inspection’ for some time now. Companies that take advantage of this service benefit from support during an upcoming customs inspection and from the expertise of our experienced employees during the process,” Galley continues.
The increasing demand for simulated customs inspections, as well as for other training in the areas of customs and logistics offered by Acito Logistics GmbH, has prompted the company in recent months to strategically expand and strengthen its consulting business area. Acito Logistics is now regarded not only as a competent contact for customs and logistics but also supports well-known educational institutions in developing their training offerings in this area. In just a few days, a comprehensive range of additional online training will start. “Participants can already look forward to a practical approach to new customs knowledge,” Galley adds.
High Flexibility in Container Planning
Global supply chains have been under immense pressure for several months. Massive price increases and a general shortage of containers are severely complicating intercontinental business. “The classic ‘business as usual’ no longer exists in light of the global supply chain disruptions. Every standard order becomes a project and requires full attention regarding delivery times and processes,” explains Ralf Albrecht, Managing Director of Finance and Overseas. “Fortunately, at Acito Logistics, we have many paths and options leading to the goal, thanks to our excellent network and our competent and well-trained staff in the areas of sea and air freight, inland shipping, rail, and road transport. Central to this is early, transparent, and solution-oriented communication. Suppliers and shippers can contribute to finding alternatives together as soon as irregularities become apparent. Additionally, Acito Logistics is capable of digitally monitoring the departure and arrival times of sea vessels and can thus respond quickly to changes, which our customers greatly appreciate.”
With Ammon Pannach, Another Top Graduate

Ammon Pannach
As early as the end of July 2021, Ammon Pannach completed his training as a merchant for freight forwarding and logistics services before the IHK Chamber of Industry and Commerce Schopfheim with an excellent grade of ‘very good’. With his above-average result, he is among the 126 top graduates of all vocational graduates from the IHK Schopfheim and Konstanz, who have now honored him with a certificate and a surprise package. The Association of Freight Forwarding and Logistics Baden-Württemberg e.V. also recognized his outstanding achievement with a certificate and a book gift. Due to the current pandemic situation, the presentation of the certificates unfortunately cannot take place in the usual ceremonial framework.
Ammon Pannach remains loyal to Acito. Due to his excellent performance, he has already started a three-year degree program at DHBW Lörrach in Business Administration with a focus on Freight Forwarding, Transport, and Logistics, aiming for a Bachelor of Arts degree on October 1, 2021.
Signs are also Green for Acito in 2022
Further positive news for Acito Logistics, also at the regional level, completes the success course. As the exclusive logistics partner, Acito Logistics takes over almost all storage and transport activities of the State Garden Show 2022 in Neuenburg. “We are very pleased about this cooperation. It makes us proud and happy to be a sponsoring partner of this nationwide event,” say the management team of Acito Logistics. “For us, as a globally operating company, this is also a clear statement for the region.”
