Dec 13, 2021 at 6:46 PMCargo Trans Logistik AG (CTL) expands its digital service portfolio: From now on, shippers can access prices for parcel express transports online and book them directly. Using Pamyra, the software from the Leipzig-based IT solution provider for medium-sized freight forwarders, the parcel cooperation offers an interface to access the service portfolio online.
(Homburg/Efze) Participating CTL partners integrate “Pamyra4You” as a service on their own websites. In collaboration with the company, CTL provides its partners with a tool to drive digitalization forward and expand sales channels.
“By launching our express tariff on Pamyra, we are taking another significant step towards the ‘logistics of the future’ and providing our partners and their customers with real added value,” says CTL board member Francesco De Lauso. Through the collaboration with the software of Pamyra GmbH, which develops digital sales solutions for freight forwarders, it has been possible for some time to submit offers for classic parcel shipments and partial loads online.
After a successful testing phase, express parcel shipments are now also available through the tool. Partner companies that have integrated Pamyra on their website can access this service exclusively and offer it to their customers. “Previously, high special costs were always incurred for express transport. That is now a thing of the past,” says De Lauso. Users simply enter the CTL express tariff, which is then automatically visible to shippers. The simplified pricing allows shippers to order express transports with just a few clicks. CTL guarantees delivery the next day at either 10, 12, or 14 o’clock.
Integrating All Products into the Software
The declared goal of CTL and Pamyra is to integrate all products of the parcel cooperation into the start-up’s software. “In the next step, our USP of shipping parcels up to seven meters in length will be made available online on Pamyra. This makes us the first parcel cooperation to offer all its products through a digital platform,” announces De Lauso. This is intended to strengthen the network and provide the more than 170 partner companies with a tool that helps expand their own sales channels.
Customers and Partners Benefit
Dr. Lasse Landt, managing director of Pamyra GmbH, comments on the collaboration: “We are very pleased to have a committed partner in CTL who is resolutely digitizing its offerings. The broad, digitally bookable range benefits not only the customers of our marketplace Pamyra.de but also the CTL partners who can also make these services bookable on their respective websites for their customers.” He adds: “We appreciate CTL’s pioneering role and the trust placed in our solutions. This once again makes it clear that the path of digitalization is a joint and collaborative one that leads to success for all parties involved.”
