Furniture Logistics Network Relogg Installs cs connect from cargo support

The logistics network Relogg, specialized in furniture logistics, will digitize and largely automate its processes with the transport management system cs connect from cargo support. After the implementation phase, the solution is set to go live in January 2022. The initial focus is on new furniture logistics.

(Nuremberg/Berlin) Data interfaces between furniture manufacturers, Relogg, and the affiliated partner freight forwarders aim to minimize the number of manual interventions. The goal is to significantly reduce the administrative effort per order for all involved partners. Continuous scanning at all handover points and the automatic transmission of current shipment statuses and data will accelerate and simplify the processes. Completed orders can be invoiced immediately. “We want to focus on our operational business and spend as little time as possible on administration,” summarizes Relogg’s managing director Julien Jourdan.

When selecting the IT partner, Relogg placed particular importance on experience in automating processes and a collaborative partnership. “In both respects, cargo support was able to convince us,” confirms Jourdan. Another advantage was that Relogg partner Ahnefeld Möbel-Logistik is already working with cs connect and could report positive experiences. The remaining 14 Relogg partners have the option to either purchase or rent the software from cargo support. As a third option, cargo support offers a web-based data interface.

Relogg Digital Logistics & Office Space Management GmbH & Co. KG is a logistics network of 15 moving and furniture logistics companies with a total of 480 vehicles from across the country. The startup, founded in 2021, operates according to uniform quality standards for new furniture logistics and assembly, workplace or corporate relocations, in-house logistics, storage services, or skilled worker booking. The logistics network guarantees a competent contact person for every order, who takes care of both consulting and the entire communication and processing. Relogg stands for “Relocation Logistics Germany” and is based in Berlin.
