Tobias Häßler becomes the second managing director at BigMile

Founded in March 2021, BigMile Germany GmbH, a subsidiary of the Dutch parent company BigMile B.V., is expanding its management team: With Tobias Häßler, the company has gained an experienced industry expert as the second managing director alongside Dirk Franke. Häßler will start his role on October 1, 2021.

(Karlsruhe) BigMile, based in Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, offers a renowned SaaS software solution for calculating, analyzing, and optimizing the supply chain CO₂ footprint for industry, trade, and logistics. The technological basis for this is highly specialized, powerful algorithms and tools for analyzing large data volumes (Big Data). Tobias Häßler, previously Vice President Central & Eastern Europe at PTV Group, a company specializing in mobility and route optimization, has many years of experience with such solutions and proves to be the ideal candidate for BigMile’s expansion plans, as managing director Dirk Franke explains: “I have known Tobias Häßler well since our time together at PTV Group, where I came to greatly appreciate his professional qualifications. His extensive networking across industries and his exceptional communication skills are valuable resources for BigMile on our future development path.
