The award was presented to SENATOR on the occasion of a Global Supplier Day.
(Hamburg/Erlangen) Siemens Healthineers AG, as the parent company, consolidates the medical technology activities of Siemens AG. The concept behind it: to support doctors, medical staff, and healthcare providers in diagnosis, treatment, and disease prevention with appropriate products and services. The product SIEMENS Healthineers saves lives. Especially in times of the pandemic, this helps to recognize the impacts of COVID-19 and to assist where help is most urgently needed.
Once a year, Siemens Healthineers conducts the Global Supplier Day. Here, representatives of strategic partners and key suppliers from around the world meet. During the event, the Siemens Healthineers Supplier Awards are presented in several categories.
The product air freight ‘SAB’ makes the difference
On July 1, 2021, this year’s Supplier Day took place for the 233 participating partners from freight forwarding and transport. SENATOR INTERNATIONAL is very pleased to have received the award for best supplier ‘overall’ for 2021. This award is particularly gratifying as it honors the daily work on the project. Once again, the air freight product ‘SAB’ made the difference. The combination of self-controlled flights and a highly professional and motivated team is outstanding and has convinced everyone. On July 22, the trophy was presented in Nuremberg. Stefan Seltsam, Commodity Manager Head Logistics of Siemens Healthineers AG, presented the award to Tim-Oliver Kirschbaum, CEO of SENATOR INTERNATIONAL. Waldemar Naumann, KAM of SENATOR INTERNATIONAL, as well as the entire operational team in Nuremberg.
