Frasers Property leases in Ratingen to HAAF and JAS

Frasers Property Industrial leases a logistics area of 11,728 m2 in the industrial park ‘An den Dieken’ in Ratingen to HAAF Warehouse Logistics GmbH and JAS Forwarding GmbH. The commercial and logistics property offers excellent transport connections to highways, Düsseldorf Airport, rail traffic, and the ports of Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Antwerp.

(Ratingen) Frasers Property Industrial announces the re-letting of vacated spaces in the industrial park ‘An den Dieken’ in Ratingen, North Rhine-Westphalia. The tenant will occupy the spaces in August 2021. The transport-oriented contract logistics provider HAAF Warehouse Logistics GmbH offers services in the automotive, chemical, construction, and packaging industries and is leasing two halls at the Ratingen location.

The property features 11,728 sqm for storage and logistics use, 1,409 sqm of office space, and 540 sqm of mezzanine space. Additionally, 46 car parking spaces are available for employees at the site.

The property borders the urban agglomerations of Düsseldorf, Duisburg, Mülheim, and Essen. Due to its central location within the Rhine-Ruhr region, Ratingen is very well connected in terms of infrastructure. There is direct access to the A524, A52, and A3 highways, which connect the German border with the Netherlands in the northwest. The nearest train station is Duisburg-Rahm, located 5 kilometers west of the property. Düsseldorf International Airport is 15 km to the south and can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Due to its proximity to the ARA ports (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Antwerp), the region serves as a hinterland hub for international freight transport, attracting an above-average number of wholesalers to the area.
