The beverage giant will move in later this year. The landlord of the property is Dietz AG from Bensheim.
(Frankfurt am Main/Hammersbach) The internationally operating company PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH will become a tenant of nearly 40,000 square meters of logistics space in the Frankfurt region, which will be occupied in the inter-municipal industrial area ‘Limes’ in Hammersbach still in 2021, and from there will handle part of its logistics in the future.
The property located on the A45 is characterized by its optimal East-West and North-South connections on a national level, in addition to its proximity to the production site in Rodgau. The landlord of the hall space is Dietz AG. Colliers acted as an intermediary.

The mayor of Hammersbach, Michael Göllner, comments on the positive new settlement: “Optimizing supply chains for the provision of the population is an important future task, especially with regard to a resource-saving approach. Our location has the conditions to implement this. Therefore, we look forward to a good and close cooperation with PepsiCo Deutschland, which we hope will be beneficial for both sides.”
