initions AG, specialist in intelligent and innovative IT solutions, is restructuring itself with the establishment of a subsidiary: The Opheo Transport Management division will operate as Opheo Solutions AG & Co. KG, short for Opheo Solutions, starting July 1, 2021. Opheo Solutions AG & Co. KG will be represented by the board of initions AG, which continues to consist of the two company founders Dr. Stefan Anschütz and André Henkel.

(Hamburg) Opheo Solutions develops and sells the standard software Opheo. With this transport control system, transporting companies can fully digitize and automate their truck dispatching, thereby achieving sustainable efficiency gains and CO2 savings. Opheo has been awarded multiple times in the past decade for its innovative solutions. The intelligent interplay of the AI-based route optimization module roadEngine and the also self-developed telematics app Opheo Mobile was awarded the Telematics Award in 2020.

In this segment, initions AG is one of the leading consulting companies in Germany for the implementation of intelligent cloud and data platform solutions. initions accompanies its clients on the path of digital transformation in the context of Big Data, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. With the renaming of Opheo Solutions, a brand refresh will also take place, which will be gradually implemented in the coming weeks. “The Opheo brand stands for the pioneering use of intelligent technologies in the field of truck dispatching.
