The project developer of commercial and logistics properties is enhancing its technical expert team with Mario Jerkic, 35, and Daniel Krücken, 47, as Technical Development Managers.
(Düsseldorf) The qualified architect Mario Jerkic has around nine years of professional experience focused on the construction and real estate sector. During his tenure as a construction manager at Goldbeck West GmbH, Mario Jerkic led several construction projects. In addition to schedule and cost management, he was responsible for quality and efficiency factors and worked closely with various project partners to achieve these goals.
In further positions, he held roles as project manager at VGP Industriebau GmbH and ISG Deutschland. His focus here was on project execution and technical site evaluation. During this time, Mario Jerkic supervised and accompanied several new developments that meet the high sustainability standards and certifications of the German market.
Familiar with the Challenges of Construction Projects
Daniel Krücken, who most recently served as head of the construction department at Action Deutschland GmbH, is a trained civil engineer and technical business economist. Daniel Krücken has previously worked in various roles at Goldbeck West GmbH, Deutsche Projektbau GmbH, and Aldi Süd.
As an experienced construction and project manager, he is well acquainted with the diverse challenges of construction projects and has already led several logistics projects from planning to realization. His expertise includes harmonizing legal and economic aspects of complex logistics buildings while integrating sustainability considerations.
In their roles as Technical Development Managers at DFI, Mario Jerkic and Daniel Krücken are responsible for the entire process from the initial site evaluation to project realization in collaboration with municipalities, clients, and partners. Mario Jerkic is responsible for the southern Germany region, while Daniel Krücken oversees northern Germany.
