Apr 18, 2021 at 3:25 PMThe DVF Executive Board has elected two new members, Philip Oetker and Mülüm Yakisan, to the board. Eight other members were confirmed through re-election as scheduled, and Reiner Schätzlein and Sarah Stark from the office have been appointed to the management team.
(Berlin) Philip Oetker, CMO Hamburg Südamerikanische Dampfschifffahrts-Gesellschaft A/S & Co KG and Müslüm Yakisan, President DACH Region Alstom, were newly elected to the DVF Executive Board on April 1 and were re-elected today at the members’ meeting for the next 3 years. Oetker succeeds Dr. Arnt Vespermann, Managing Director of Hamburg Südamerikanische Dampfschifffahrts-Gesellschaft A/S & Co KG, and Yakisan succeeds Marco Michel, President Region CEI / Chairman of the Management Board, Bombardier Transportation GmbH. Both have resigned from their positions.
Re-elected by the members’ meeting:
- Gerhard Hillebrand, Traffic President of the General German Automobile Club e.V. (ADAC), also for the chair of the steering committee for road traffic
- Renata Jungo Brüngger, Board Member Integrity and Law Daimler AG
- Stefan Kölbl, Chairman of the Boards DEKRA e.V. and DEKRA SE
- Wolfgang Langhoff, Chairman of the Board BP Europa SE
- Holger Lösch, Deputy Managing Director of the Federation of German Industries e.V. (BDI)
- Dr. Richard Lutz, Chairman of the Board Deutsche Bahn AG, also as a member of the working committee of the executive board
- Dr. Jörg Mosolf, Chairman of the Board (CEO) MOSOLF SE & Co. KG, also as a member of the working committee of the executive board and for the chair of the steering committee for freight transport and logistics
- Norbert Schüßler, Managing Partner Schüßler-Plan GmbH
Changes in the Office:
The executive board has appointed two long-standing employees, Rainer Schätzlein, Head of Ports/Shipping, Air Traffic, Road Traffic, and Sarah Stark, Head of European Policy, Rail Technology, Rail Transport, to the management team.
