SWAN has been awarded twice for its excellent workplace culture. The project house for SAP logistics ranks among the top league of the best employers in Bavaria as well as the best ITK employers nationwide.
(Augsburg) Team spirit, fairness, and respect have been central values of the logistics expert SWAN since its founding ten years ago. The results of the latest survey by the Great Place to Work® Institute, founded in 1991, now confirm the excellent extent to which the project house for SAP logistics embodies and implements these values. The institute recognizes SWAN as one of the best employers in Bavaria and one of the best employers in the ITK sector. SWAN’s Trust Index of 88 percent significantly exceeds the average of 61 percent achieved by the majority of participating companies from 2016 to 2020.
The Great Place to Work® awards are based three-quarters on anonymous and representative employee surveys regarding trust in leadership, team spirit, fairness, appreciation, respect, and identification with the company. A written culture audit by the company’s management regarding measures and programs for creating an attractive workplace culture accounts for the remaining quarter. The differentiated results and employee feedback help to further develop the corporate culture and represent effective and credible employer branding.
Employee Satisfaction at 98 Percent
Above-average 85 percent of employees voluntarily participated in the independent assessment by the institute, painting an excellent picture of the SAP project house. A proud 98 percent of SWAN employees who participated agree with the statement, “Overall, I can say this is a very good workplace.” Additionally, 96 percent of SWAN employees wish to work here for a long time, and 90 percent would recommend SWAN as an employer.
Alexander Bernhard, Managing Director of SWAN GmbH, sees the good results as confirmation of the employee-oriented and flexible corporate direction, which is associated with many freedoms for employees. “We are proud to be among the best employers in Bavaria and nationwide in the ITK sector. We have achieved this sensational performance primarily through our entire team, which strongly identifies with SWAN and contributes daily with the utmost commitment to the company and our customers. Therefore, we see the awards as both recognition and motivation, and we look forward to all those who are now curious about SWAN as an employer,” said Bernhard. Title photo: © SWAN
