Voigt Industrie Service cooperates with Lamprecht Pharma Logistics

Voigt Industrie Service AG (VIS) and Lamprecht Pharma Logistics AG (LPL) have developed a cooperation concept aimed at combining both core competencies.

(Niederbipp/Pratteln) Voigt Industrie Service AG (VIS) and Lamprecht Pharma Logistics AG (LPL) offer comprehensive services for the pharmaceutical industry from a single source. Specifically, this means that VIS clients will have an internationally active partner for the global transport of pharmaceutical products as well as their imports & exports, and for LPL clients, VIS will provide a national and European partner for the pre-wholesale business.

The offering thus includes a “power package” of services available in the market. Therefore, the development of the concept was also under the motto “Combo Power”.

International pharmaceutical transports by truck

Goods are transported in cross-border traffic with modern refrigerated trucks from door to door. Only vehicles with calibrated temperature monitoring and well-trained drivers are used. Each transport is carefully documented with a temperature record.

Pharmaceutical transports by sea freight

Global sea freight is developing enormously and is gaining more and more importance in pharmaceutical logistics. Thanks to reefer containers, valuable products are transported temperature-controlled across the oceans.
Lamprecht Pharma Logistics organizes the loading at the sender and the unloading. For shipping, refrigerated containers 20‘/40‘ and standard box containers 20‘/40‘ are available.

Pharmaceutical transports by air freight

Air freight is the most important means of transport in intercontinental traffic. Pharmaceutical products, as well as packaging or climate-controlled study shipments, can be sent worldwide and temperature-controlled according to GDP guidelines.
Air freight can be shipped in passive or active refrigerated containers, passive packaging and boxes, with thermal blankets from door to door or from door to the receiving airport.
