(Bremen) P+B Team Aircargo Service GmbH has leased a logistics area of nearly 2,500 sqm in the Lloyd Industrial Park in Bremen Neustadt/Airport City. The Lloyd Industrial Park on Richard-Dunkel-Straße is part of the portfolio of the open real estate special AIF “BEOS Corporate Real Estate Fund Germany III”. The asset management of the property is handled by BEOS AG. Logivest acted as an intermediary and advisor in the leasing of the area.
Immediate Proximity to the Airport and A281
The P+B Team Aircargo Service GmbH was looking for a suitable area to expand its capacities. “Due to its location, less than ten minutes by car from the logistics service provider’s headquarters at the airport and in immediate proximity to the A281, the property in Bremen Airport City is ideally suited,” says Sören Bredenkamp, Consultant Industrial & Logistics Letting at Logivest in Bremen.Regarding the equipment, the property will be customized to meet the needs of the new tenant. For example, a loading yard with ramp access will be created, and the existing lighting will be completely replaced with LED lighting. By mid-December 2020, P+B Team was able to occupy the warehouse space. The hall is now primarily intended for the storage and refinement of textiles.
