Dec 2, 2020 at 9:00 PMThe Port of Wismar announces a new settlement. The ATG Deutschland GmbH, based in Mülheim/Ruhr, is taking over the production hall of Hanse Drehverbindungen GmbH, including the adjacent open spaces. This transaction will also secure jobs.
(Wismar) Despite the challenging overall economic conditions created by the Corona crisis, the Port of Wismar has succeeded in establishing a long-term customer, ATG Deutschland GmbH, on the port premises, thereby creating jobs in the Hanseatic city.
ATG Deutschland has acquired the production hall located on the port premises from Hanse Drehverbindungen GmbH, a subsidiary of the Enercon Group, along with the adjacent storage areas.
Important Step into the Future
Bernd Steffen, Managing Director of ATG Deutschland GmbH, explains: “For ATG Deutschland GmbH, this acquisition is an important step into the future, associated with strengthening our activities in the region and having a strong partner by our side.
The Managing Director of Seehafen Wismar GmbH, Michael Kremp, emphasizes: “We are pleased to be able to bind a long-term partner and customer even closer to us.”
